The Restaurant

Arriving via a grand entrance, featuring large timber double doors and striped awnings reminiscent of a Parisian brasserie, our ground-floor Restaurant continues the European theme with a warm interior palette and walls adorned with artwork from local makers and artisans. From the vintage Murano chandeliers cascading up the grand staircase to terrazzo tabletops and handcrafted ceramics, all with a nod to old-time elegance. Our Restaurant is a large open space room flanked by a bistro-style open kitchen where visitors are invited to relax and settle in.

Public Bar

The Public Bar on the ground floor serves up the same delicious menu you will find in the restaurant with more relaxed surroundings, centered by a large marble bar clad in vintage chequerboard tiles. It’s the perfect spot to indulge in a cocktail or meal after a day of shopping, catch up with a friend or cheer on your favourite team on one of the screens in a cosy and inviting atmosphere.

The Long Room

Adjacent to our main dining area, The Long Room is a private dining space that exudes an intimate atmosphere while still maintaining a lively connection to the vibrant ground floor. It’s an ideal setting for indulgent long lunches, corporate functions and presentations or a decadent dinner party.
Equipped with a large flat-screen TV, HDMI connectivity, Bluetooth capabilities, and a high-quality sound system, it offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable dining experience. Seats 12–34 pax.

The Terrace

Located on the top floor, The Terrace is made up of multiple eating and drinking experiences. The Terrace Bar and alfresco Garden are sophisticated yet casual spaces offering views across the south-east to the city. Whilst The Terrace Dining Room is an intimate private dining space accommodating up to 80 seated guests.
Reminiscent of a European rooftop, refined yet relaxed, guests can find an intimate and inviting location to enjoy lunch or dinner away from the hustle and bustle of Chadstone.
